Provo

We were able to go and visit the Provo area a few times while we were in Utah.

One day while John was working  I took the kids (I had Keegan for the day, Janeen took Alessia) to Provo to meet up with Shannon and her family.  There was supposed to be a festival.  However, Provo advertised the wrong time for the festival and it didn’t begin to much later in the day.  So instead of just heading home we decided to head to a park in Provo.  The kids had fun playing at the park and in the water features.

Another time John and I took the kids to Provo to watch a BYU soccer game.  Our pass of all passes allowed us to get in free.  We only stayed for the first half but we all enjoyed.  They had drones flying above filming the game. It was fun to watch the drones as well.

After one of our trips to Seven Peaks Provo we stopped in at the Creamery and bought ice cream.  So yum.

We also visited one of the parks in Provo and just let the kids play and get out their energy.  Summers in Utah are so nice because it cools down at night but doesn’t get dark to really late.   Here in Henderson we can’t even enjoy the parks at any time of day during the summer.

We also met up with Shannon her family in Spanish Fork on the 24th of July for a parade.  It rained a little during the parade but overall was a great morning to sit and watch a parade.
